To ensure the best performance possible, our candle fragrance oils are designed and developed in Sydney, Australia and are completely vegan and cruelty-free. As they are produced specifically as a candle making and soap making supply, they are synthetic in substance to ensure the best performance when used in wax, reed diffusers and body products. Many of our fragrance oils do contain a high percentage of essential oils for an accurate and natural scent.
Our fragrance oils are nontoxic and do not contain palm oil.
Our candle wicks are 100% natural cotton and do not contain zinc or lead.
Our wax is made by an Australian owned company located in Melbourne.
It is advised to always follow the enclosed candle care instruction so your product performs to the best of its ability. Failure to follow these instructions may result in poor product performance or hazardous outcomes.
Ensure that the wicks remain upright and
trimmed to 6mm during use and each time the
candle is re-lit.
On the first burn, ensure that the melted wax
pool reaches all the way to the edges of the

Unfortunately we only ship locally to Australia.
Local orders (usually) take between 2 and 5 business days to be delivered to you once dispatched - shipping times will vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. During peak times dispatch may take up to 3 days although we do operate on a 1 business day dispatch outside of peak times.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we will offer a replacement if insurance on the order is available. This depends on the shipping method available to us when sending to your address.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If an item is damaged, please provide photographic evidence.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
